This comment is in response to a question posted by Med lemin Abdouli. I accidentally deleted your comment while writing back to you! Sorry about that! Just as a reminder, here is the question you asked: "Should I need to write "call to action" at per-email?" First, it's great to have you here! Thank you for posting your question! The purpose of a "call to action" is to tell someone what you need from them. If you do not need anything from them, you do not need a call to action. For example: If you are writing to someone just to give them information, there is no need to ask them to do anything. In this case, you could just write "Let me know if you have any questions." Thanks again for your question! I hope this answer helped. Let me know if you need anything clarified. :)
Great information, maybe I missed it but I didn’t see your subject lines letting the recipient know the topic of the email. This determines if they open it now or if they can wait and open it later.
Good observation, Lavel. Thank you for pointing that out. 😊 You’re right, I didn’t cover the subject line in the video. The video just covers the actual content of the email. We’re working on another email video, though, so I’ll be sure to include information about the subject of the email in that video. 😊
Thank you so much for posting these tips and watching our videos every week! I went ahead and wrote up a more detailed time stamp for this video last night, so I'll pin that in the comments this time. : )

Thank you for your message. I’m sorry to hear about your situation. Here is a suggestion for how to structure your email. There is no guarantee that it will help, but it is worth a try. I have put any instructions in parentheses (). Dear UNHCR representative, (or if you know their name - Dear Mr. _____ or Dear Ms. ____,) My name is _______. I come from the country of _______. I am writing to you today to tell you about my situation and ask for your assistance. (In this paragraph you need to describe the situation and tell them why you are a refugee) (In this paragraph, tell them what they can do to help. Use polite language like “I would be so grateful if you could help me ….” or “Your assistance would be much appreciated.”) I really appreciate you taking the time to read this email and look forward to your response. Yours respectfully, (Your name) I truly hope this helps and hope that your situation improves very soon!

Can we put a period here
Is it incorrect or not
Please reply.
Good question. 🙂 No, you don’t put a period after your name when signing off in an email. Only at the end of complete sentences.
Appreciate your prompt response 🙂
Thanks 👍
