If the black person hasn't been mixed, you can find mixed-race like that, I seen mixed that are darker than me and I have two black parents. most black has non-black in them due to slavery and colonization but their few blacks who still haven't been affected if the have mixed-race children they may be like the girl if she then mixed the child will be very light.
Tbf I'm mostly black but kinda mixed but with other ethnicities too! Not all mixed people look the same and there isn't only one degree of mixed!
