I want to ask a question ......ma'am said at last section of vedio tht each mRNA synthesize a protein ....and get dissociated ....is that dissociated mRNA will get reused or resynthesized of the same protein or get dispressed in the cytoplasm ....???

Ma'am but NCERT says that Eucromatin is transcriptionally active but heterochromatin is transcriotionally inactive. So, how does the heterocromatin part of dna gets tranacripted during the formation of hn Rna?
At 2.31 thts phospho ester Bond... I guess Phospho diester is formed Between two nucleosidic unit I.e.when phosphoric acid group is bonded with Cno 5 and tht of C no 3 of other nucleoside.. 🤔🤔
Ya u are absolutely right even our college plp said the same thing. but mam is also right.according to neet we have to call it phospho diester bond. as better option if there is no phospho ester bond we have to bubble diester bond only

The bond between phosphosphate group and Pentose sugar is phosphoester and not phosphodiester.....the bond of phosphate group between two successive pentose sugar is phosphodiester i.e one bond with upper pentose sugar and the other one with lower.
Sorry to say mam but it is not transcription you did not told Ciston promoter structural gene and terminator region and about core enzymes function and hn - Rna formarmtion This is transcription and what u explained is splicing process only mam

Bundles of Thanks ma'am for making such great videos for the students for free.
u r a legend for biology ..we luv u ...God bless u
see videos in 1.5 or 2 speed because it makes you watch all the videos in less time rather than hours
thanx for the suggestion
Divya Nethri how to increase speed
Ya same problem how to increase speed

monojit bhattacharjee, to increase speed go to settings botton (below the screen) then go to speed botton & then adjust according to yr choice.
2:17* it's phospho-ester bond..*phosphodiester bond is formed between two consecutive nucleotides
Correct
Thanks

Ma'am but NCERT says that Eucromatin is transcriptionally active but heterochromatin is transcriotionally inactive.
So, how does the heterocromatin part of dna gets tranacripted during the formation of hn Rna?
Heterochromatin and euchromatin are in dna but this is hnrna
Miss, phosphate is bonded with ribose with Phosphoester bond.
