    I want to ask a question ......ma'am said at last section of vedio tht each mRNA synthesize a protein ....and get dissociated ....is that dissociated mRNA will get reused or resynthesized of the same protein or get dispressed in the cytoplasm ....???

    Ma'am but NCERT says that Eucromatin is transcriptionally active but heterochromatin is transcriotionally inactive.
    So, how does the heterocromatin part of dna gets tranacripted during the formation of hn Rna?

      Heterochromatin and euchromatin are in dna but this is hnrna

    At 2.31 thts phospho ester
    Bond... I guess
    Phospho diester is formed
    Between two nucleosidic unit
    I.e.when phosphoric acid group is bonded with Cno 5 and tht of C no 3 of other nucleoside..

      Ya u are absolutely right even our college plp said the same thing. but mam is also right.according to neet we have to call it phospho diester bond. as better option if there is no phospho ester bond we have to bubble diester bond only

    The bond between phosphosphate group and Pentose sugar is phosphoester and not phosphodiester.....the bond of phosphate group between two successive pentose sugar is phosphodiester i.e one bond with upper pentose sugar and the other one with lower.

    This is transcription and what u explained is splicing process only mam

    sorry to say i have a kind suggestion that exon are the coding and darker parts of RNA while intron are the non coding and lighter parts of RNA ...first mam you says correctly but during diagrammatically presentation i think you are mixed these two ....

    when DNA forms rRNA ,tRNA or snRNA then process is also called transcription .Not mere formation of mRNA is transcription.
