If you are a young Nigerian reading this - young enough to still have a community around you that you are immersed in - gather 6 of your friends, yeah, and make a club.
Write a lost of rules for your club. Things you have to do on particular days to improve your community. Like cleaning up the litter in the communities and recycling it together. Tell each member of the club that in a particular month, they'll have to go out and find 3 more people to join the club and then split off into 3 tribes and repeat.
Start with the litter because it will increase the likelihood of people to want to visit your community and provide some resources for you all to work with later, if you want. Take the litter and sort it into categories. Research how to best extract the minerals from the litter. Don't burn the tires, it's toxic. You can look for someone with a tire crusher or something and then have them crush them into pellets, or you can use them to build "Earthships," - look up what those are. They are houses that can keep you really cool in the extreme heat.
Once your community has like, 70 or so members? Give it a name, a logo, a flag or something, create a charter, like gangs do. Come up with a list of names you'll give your children, so they know they are a part of a change of culture. Come up with rituals and holidays, so you all will continue to practice these things together, in the long term. This is how you conquer a culture. This is what Catholicism started off like. This is what The royal families started off as. African cultures grew out of families that separated over time. European cultures grew out of cults that merged overtime.
There is a strength in both, but only one happens naturally. The other requires a decision to be made. Good luck.

This would have been better if you randomly asked people on the street, rather than gathering a bunch of people in a circle.

Pro tip, don’t think you can solve it by illegally migrating to the EU/UK.
