@@QuackingFilms 😄 Brilliant work all round. I saw the one about Major Lennox answering with his life and it was fantastic. Well done. Keep up the good work.
Thank you! I created as many as I could, but poor Lawford got forgotten in the final edit after I took a picture of him! Will post the picture at some point on my community tab🙂
Your attention to detail and ability to recreate those scenes from the show are fantastic! Would you ever consider doing a stop motion Lego recreation of a scene with these?
Thank you so much! I have an idea of a condensed episode/scene that would be impressive and transfer well and practically to stop motion, so hope to give it a go soon - these were almost concept photos for that I guess 🙂
There must be something wrong with me. I mean... it was just a bunch of silly Lego figures... yet, damn it, every one of them reminded me of the character in a series I deeply loved. And there's me at the end; getting all emotional with Over The Hills And Far Away.
I have an idea for a particular scene or condensed episode that would be practical and work well, so hope to release something in the not so distant future. These were partly concept shots of how it would look, as well as just wanting to create something to this tune 🙂. Thank you!

Sharpe characters made with custom Lego? Now that's legoing!
😂
The whole cast of Sharpe’s Rifles depicted in Lego form? Now that’s soldiering!
Thanks! I did also make Lawford from the Simmerson Vs Wellesley argument, but missed him out of the final edit 😟
That’s lego-ing 😂
Now that's building!
@@QuackingFilmsDid Lego make mini figures of Napoleonic war soldiers
its from alliexpress
It is bonkers uncanny how close these get to the characters on the screen. Good show!
Loved the model of Hakeswell talking to his “mother” in his hat.
There are two kinds of Lego officers, Sir.... killin' Lego officers and murderin' Lego officers.
the Harper one is particularly great imo, if you showed me that minifig even with zero context I'd be like "Harper from Sharpe??!?"
Ducos looks so cheerful
Haha I was a bit restricted on flesh heads with glasses! Maybe should have gone for after he'd had them stepped on 😄
The fact that Sharpe is punching Hakeswill is the best thing I have seen for ages. Now, thats soldiering.
Had to do it. Says so in the scriptures.
@@QuackingFilms 😄 Brilliant work all round. I saw the one about Major Lennox answering with his life and it was fantastic. Well done. Keep up the good work.
Recreating in Lego such details as to immediately recall Scenes - Now that's Soldiering!!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it and recognised the scenes! 🙂
You´ve just made my night! Crying with laughter over Hakeswell and his hat, and, well, just crying over the death of Perkins. You are a genius!
Thank you! I'm glad you loved it so much! I also have a Wellington Vs Simmerson stop motion on my channel if you'd like to take a look 🙂
Even in LEGO form, Perkin's death scene is still a tearjerker.
Mothers never leave ye'!
Another one you missed; Major Lennox would be a damned fine Lego, Sir!
Loved the models but especially hearing "Over the hill and far away" in full ❤
Outstanding. (Though I was hoping to see Sharpe getting his Eagle.) Keep up the good work!
I just happen to have got a minifigure-scale Eagle - so it could still happen! :)
I would have loved to have seen the French double act of Calvet and Gaston
"In Russia, I ate one of my corporals."
How does one eat soup for breakfast in lego???
@@Algaean With skill
He couldn't a a General Calvet with enough articulation to get peas onto his dinner knife.......
Love the correct arrangement of the musket locks, having cleaned several hundred of the real thing!
That's bloody soldiering. Phenomenal.
Thank you! And for the appropriate wording! 😉
Now this is soldiering
Thank you!
Brilliant. Loved that series.
2:41 “MOTHER!”
😂
I love this. Especially Sharpe punching Hakeswill.
Says so in the scriptures!

I'm quite attracted to the Lego Sharpe figure, just like Sean Bean in real life 😳 ❤
My wife says he's my man crush, and thinks so even more now I've dedicated many hours of my life to making this!

Splendid but what about Major Lenox? He answered with his life defending the King's Colours.
Thanks! Check out my latest video for what happened to Major Lennox! 😉

There's a character getting kicked in the nuts.... Now that's soldiering ... 2:58
2:54 - "Harris"
"Yes Dan?"
"What IS your first name?"
I always wondered what had happened to Tongue in the series, I either missed his death or he just disappeared suddenly. XD
do the obadiah execution scene in lego where he says you cannot kill me
Just added this to my lego animating music playlist! Well done with this! I'm suprised I've never heard of Sharpe's RIfle's, would you recommend it?
Only thing I'll say is ducos looks way to happy, he looks terrifying like that.
😆
Genial!
Phah! Lego! You may not "Lego" me sir! I am well aware of Lego, and they are well aware of me!
Where can I buy a full set of Sharpe and the chosen men please?!?!
