Spread Internal Communications with Video on a Small Budget

Let's take a look at what is happening in internal communications.
How are you spreading internal news across your organization?
What are ways to engage with employees outside of the internal websites, messaging apps, email or posters?
According to Haiilo - Only 13% of employees use their intranets on a daily basis.
Here are some simple brainstorming ideas to put together a monthly internal news broadcast for engagement and entertainment at your company:
• Start with your primary audience in mind (you will not win the hearts of everyone with the broadcast)
• Draft 3-5 topics to cover each month in the broadcast
• What are the new benefits that HR would like to communicate?
• Do you have any marketing, product or sales updates for the team?
• What training opportunities are available?
• Spotlight an associate at a different location
• How can you make the big feel small?
