@@TheAnimeEncyclopedia They are...it's a writing mistake. If they showed a scene of Ainz asking then to take off the resistance...then it would be fine. But they didn't(The most likely reason is that ainz could just bullshit the way with then and they just continued the test...because it's basic high level combat resist time stop).

Aqua is immune because she's a goddess, Tanya and Subaru are immune because they've both already experienced time freezing. Tanya when she's talking to Being X and Subaru when he mentions Return By Death.
