Bulbmin are kinda unnecessary with unlimited purples. Who needs elemental immunities when you can just throw purples at it until it stops moving? Aside from poison traps and Fiery Bulblaxes, I guess.
Tbf with infinite Bulbmin, Red and Blue Pikmin would be completely worthless imo, and the purpose of Yellows and Whites would diminish as Bulbmin can deal with all hazards themselves, they’re OP above OPs, all you would need is Purples, Bulbmins, and some occasional Yellows and Whites if there are treasures in high places or buried underground

You say this is only the basics, but I'm just loving the minor details you put in - namely how they circle the ship on the world map (it's even spaced correctly between all 5) and that they swoop in during the landing scene; I loved Pikmin 251 when I played it recently, and I'm glad to see Pikmin has an active scene, even after all this time

I'd like a hack that swaps red's with purples, and yellows with whites. Blues are the weakest pikmin, and you still need a lot of reds+yellows to beat the game... but at least you get to make lots of purples and whites freely!

When pikmin carry treasure back to the ship, the weight counter could be grey, rather than pure black.
