Fifa 17 and 18 were my favorites only because The Journey was the closest thing to that kind of career mode. Don't know when EA will realize that this is what's missing.

it would be cool if Fifa Had this Career mode with Volta all In the same mode sorta like In Nba 2k Having a park where you can play A 3v3 or 2v2 with other players while also being able to customise your characters with the money you make from your salary and instead of choosing your team straight up if they'd let you play A match and then get drafted into a random team
