Minor correction regarding the Hyatt Business Card $100 credit - it's $50 twice a year, but it is NOT necessarily once per 6-month period, it can literally be two separate back-to-back purchases.
I’m on pace to spend 330k on the Hyatt business card. All the milestones with points make it the best big spend card, we spend 200k on American Airlines card for executive platinum status.. Hyatt is the better deal
Even if you have many Virgin Atlantic points still worth more than anything else after the evaluation and I recently have used it many times in Europe travels
Yes, linking a card to BILT that is otherwise linked to another award portal will negate the former connection. I receive an email from American noting my departure from their program every time I link a card to BILT.

You can't long term FSA. Yes use or lose it, except for a minimal amount can roll over
