I work at an equipment rental company. We have to repo our equipment also. Our contracts state by law we can go own property and get our equipment. Sometimes we have to get the law involved if we think theirs going to be trouble. We have concealed weapons permits also. So for,so good and have never been in a gun fight. I have friends that own and drive Tow trucks. They have had gun fights or shot at. Be safe out there doing what you do. Love the videos.

It's fun but scary too. I use to do it. My home was close so most cars I got went in my yard until it was full then me and my crew would drive them back to the lot. Lol. I even chased a dancer one not now that was fun.

Any time you buy a house or land They will do a title search to make sure there aren't any leans against it. The Deed to the land or house is the title for a car. The mortgage company will hold the deed until you pay off the loan. You will or should get a copy of the deed.

Also if you are so scared to have to drive across the neighbors property as though you are running away get a different line of work. So if driving across that ground you found a septic tank or other subsurface item and caved it in. What then keep running away, wait for the neighbors to show up or just delete the camera. This person not paying is wrong and it had to be recovered. Is the way you did it the right way? No
