You totally proved them wrong. Mike, you inspire me to keep trying no matter what other people say. This video taught me that nothing is impossible if we keep trying. Thank you!
An absolute boss! Thank you Mike for everything you do for us, filling us with confidence and giving us hope that we can achieve anything! You truly are awesome! YESGO!!
Considering the yoyo trick, it was hard for everyone as the yoyo u were using was for 1A (the string is attached to both the throw hand and the yoyo), while the proper yoyo u should use should be an Offstring yoyo (4A) which is bigger, has a wider gap for string, and is more durable. Using an offstring yoyo, would be easy as the trick was one of 4A style basics, but you nailed it Mike! 😂🎉
I’m honestly super impressed that you managed to catch the yoyo at all, since the ones they used were specially made for off-string play which has wider gaps making those catches easier😂
Not to mention that larger coins will most likely fall slower because of the increased surface area, which should increase the air resistance, slowing them down.
You made level 100 as difficult as level 1000, what nobody told you is that the pros do that on a professional table with super fast and super spinny cloth on it. Switching to smaller ( and lighter) balls did help though. Great job! If you had access to a professional table you would have done that in one day but it would also cost you hundreds of euros to replace the cloth
We need more people like you, not just telling us that nothing is impossible but showing us and learning along side is. One of my biggest inspirations!
Imagine a pool "ACADEMY" telling someone that is WILLING TO LEARN that "if they don't have the skill, they can't do it." They should probably close their "ACADEMY" LMAO.
I dont know how but Mike is one of the most inspiering man youtuber and dedicated as doing all of that and buying a pool table and basically destroying it is extremely expensive and it truly shows that he doesnt see us as just numers but as real people he wants to inspire. Thank you so much Mike we will all support you ❤.
Im surprised it took you that long to get kicked out of the pool hall. That kind of shot is terrible for the cloth on the table especially if you don't know what you are doing. The other thing they didn't tell you is the type of cloth is VERY important for this type of shot, not just the cue. You really want a high quality cloth that will let the cueball slide and then grip. most general tables the cloth is too coarse to do that shot, at least with that many balls to go around.
@@Mikealvarez100 well he can if he keeps putting in more tries. The more time and practice you put, the better you get. When you get it the first time, you know it's possible and then you'll just keep getting better and more consistent from then on
A smaller coin will not fall slower than a bigger one because it is more light. They both accelerate at the same speed. There are some things that determine the falling speed of objects, like air resistance. But a heavier object will not fall faster because even if it has more mass, and thus has a higher force of attraction with earth in comparison with a lighter object, it has more inertia aswell, making it need more energy to accelerate. As a result of this, every object on earth falls at the same speed. I think they could hit the ground different at a higher height depending of which one hits terminal velocity first, but i haven’t study that so i don’t want to spread misinformation. I love your videos but be careful with the explanations mike, take care! ❤ Ps: if i explained something wrong please someone let me know! always happy to learn

The pool trick shot? Maybe you should have asked to practice/video in their premises... the material of the ball, the table, how polished and clean the ball is, the cue... They all play a factor, I thought you wouldn't make it. I'm super glad you proved me wrong! you "found" the friction of the material and imparted spin in whatever ball you had, respecting the basic principles of the movement. AMAZING!
tbh i relate to this guy so much i have learned so many random things to do over the years ranging from dances, tricks to do with weapons and flips/parkour stunts
Tip for the yo-yo trick; do this while standing in front of a bed (incl duvet). It doesn't go anywhere when you drop it, and you don't have to bend down to collect it
that first plane is called a blackboard bomber and it's supposed to be launched up which is why it worked when you tried it. I was throwing those way back in the early 90s when the world was awesome.

You’re great at skills where you physically do something, be that a big challenge to your body, or a simple but precise movement, but maybe you should try more disconnected skills sometime, like precise junk in games, or overly-complex instruments.
For the plane: In order to make it come back easier, you could curl the end of the wings. Just understand paper airplane aerodynamics, not that hard. I learnt it from a YT video when i was 11. Also, there are better boomerang planes so just check them out.

Man unintentionally made it harder and still did it.
I believe that offstring yoyos also have a narrower gap around the bearing which allows for easier binds
It is so painful for mike to use a 1a yo-yo-yo for 4a
