Adjust:-
Graphs>
White, (255, 0)
Red, (255, 0)
Green, (255, 0)
Blue, (255, 0)
Basically left side up and right side down
Effects:-
Video effects>
Blur
Then save.
Overlay:-
Add overlay>
Add the video you saved on top of the original video that you wanna increase the quality in.
Splice:-
Burn> 20 - 24 (he put 24)
Overlay:-
Add a white overlay and fill it in
Then on splice:-
Click on overlay and make it 50 - 57 (he put 57 for some reason)
Save at 1080p resolution and frame rate : 60

Bro you're a freaking G, subbed and liked, like how simple yet effective this tutorial is.
P.S:
For some of you guys out there, the white overlay will cause your video to be too bright - in this case, you can either lower the opacity or do as I did and remove it completely.
Depends on the video you're editing but keep that in mind.

No dear if the source is 1080p even if you export it in 4k the image quality is still 1080p so it looks 1080p even if it says 4k

.. so a Contrast boost and Overlay to make highlights look more neon mimmicking HDR... But true HDR utilizes specific peak luminance so explosions and lights won't shine close to real life as intended, so the experience isn't there. As for 4k, nah, its just better looking compression thanks to crunching up the contrast colors. So in sum, this is just more color grading on SDR and it looks good anyway for basic SDR media so more power to this 👌

U can’t upscale something that has already lost quality. It’s like trying to upscale a mp3 file to wav. Ur just adding blur and brightness ur not necessarily upgrading anything pal
