At first, Dusttrust was a clone of Dustbelief. It continued for a few years. Then Dusttrust tried to become original. It was successful... Yet noone wanted to stop improving the AU. After many takes we have lots of dramas and many shitpost takes. Let Dusttrust rest in peace. It deserves to have a happy ending. An ending of admire.

Oh my god, why does not give rights to somebody who can take care when someone cant anymore... This game the first undertale fan game i ever played, thats so painful to agree with that fact...But i think thats this fan game will still be one of many popularity Undertale fan games ever.

Some of the spritework looked cool. But, alas, it happened AGAIN. I feel like people should not only heighten their expectations for Dusttrust takes that are "official" in a sense, and allow for more creative takes. There are some lying around.
I've seen all sorts of cancellations over the years from all differing factors and reasons, so it is somewhat expected given the climate of life. Along with the community of this project being discouraging, from being hostile and not really friendly. But aside from that i'll like to highlight the reasons for why these cancellations happen so much, that being TIME and MOTIVATION. That's the most threatening factor to a project like this aside being caught of doing something horrid, and hopefully any developers or creators can learn from this. Like spending TIME and MOTIVATION either trying to actively improve upon the concept or revisioning it over and over, which seems to be the repeating trend since by the time the developer is content with the layout of assembling the project, they barely have any MOTIVATION left to continue it, let alone have TIME for it due to life being demanding since people grow up. Along with MOTIVATION also being tampered with by a community around the project, in this case worsening it due to DUSTTRUST being a typical edgy sans/papyrus kills everyone, attracting THOSE type of people. In conclusion to this? I'd say this is a good example of what can go wrong and how it can fall apart. And frankly deserved given what type of community made around this rather dull, not at all good story nor character material concept that is DUSTTRUST. But take away the lessons and tell people about these failures, so hopefully this can be avoided in future projects.
