Imagine thinking you can just get to top 2 by spamming. Just because it's Orion doesn't mean he isn't an insanely skilled player. His reads and quick turn around are amazing. Very clean gameplay

That he is going for clips is bullshit. Yes he does some flashy stuff but if you know Pavelski a bit then you know that it’s his play style. He goes in for the unthinkable and unpredictable stuff most of the time and plays hella aggressive which can really confuse a lot of opponents. It’s not just for clips, that is just him and that is what makes him so good and unique. It also makes him way more enjoyable to watch than a lot of the other pro players
I won’t lie, I’m a huge pavelski fan I’ve been watching him for years, but as he played less and less the skill ceiling got higher resulting in him falling a bit behind, he’s still an exceptional player one of the best even. But he’s not the same as he was in 2020
I wanted Pavelski to win but his play style of going more for clips makes him not wanna secure the dub but rather a clip. Kind of a boring game cuz spear ofc but gg to both players
Yeah pav is unique because he will fully commit to the clip, whether he’s in ranked or in a tournament. I think he’s just happy to play the game. Admirable if you ask me

Pavelski already said he doesn't care about tournaments and that he only plays for fun and to meet his fans. He stopped caring years ago after he won his tournaments. I'm pretty sure if he cared and kept practicing from that point on, these tournaments wouldn't even be a challenge for him.

@@AliA-vo5uehe actually deserved the match imo.. sgrape was playing boringly passive and pavekski was trying to adapt which is why he played even more passive at the final stock.. and tbh Orion is pretty much a skill less legend.. its giving id play Orion as a beginner.. he got broken sigs so ppl easily spam them. sgrape did well tho ngl but pav definitely played better
