Re Charlotte Get an American Express card as some credit from that will travel with you. You will need to put down a larger deposit, first and last rent, etc but some management companies will work with you if you have proof of a job. You will need a lot of cash at first. Good luck!!
@@kenpozek houses were built the last 5 years. Our home builders buy land and build a home. We have no HOA. We have no community pool. We have public parks. We have public pools in every suburb. We mow our own grass. Florida has too much HOA
