(Yeah i know Sanji would have did the same, but no one knows if Sanji could manage the DMG like Zoro did) And the list is keep going! Zoro would NEVER interfare in Luffys fights, because he KNOWS Luffy can handle it by himself because its HIS Captain! ... He just respect him! This is one of the best moments in one piece. Sanji pushing his captain and crew away so they won't get hurt and he can endure this alone, Luffy seeing right through him the whole time, the dedication he has for Sanji, Nami feeling betrayed, obviously, it's difficult for her to trust someone and Sanji broke her trust here beating their captain. Perfect character writing, how can some people say that Oda lost his touch after timeskip?

Exactly, luffy has made up his mind here and would tell him to stay out of it just as he told Nami. Luffys not the one being hurt, it's sanji so there's no reason for zoro to attack sanji. Luffy understands the situation and zoro would do as his captain says. Some fights aren't worth fighting as in Jaya.
But still Zoro will have issues with Sanji. You can’t say there wouldn’t be any issue. He wouldn’t tolerate someone disrespecting his captain like that. No matter the consequences Zoro will always choose Luffy over others. That’s his character trait. He would try to intervene and back off in Luffy’s command.
