    Chinese steamed egg (chawanmushi) is a very simple dish to make. Just a few tips to remember it will always come out super silky, soft and melt in the mouth.

    嫩豆腐1-2條
    水/高湯 240 CC
    鹽半茶匙
    米酒一小匙
    雞粉一小匙
    柴魚魚粉一小匙
    Egg x3
    Soft tofu x 1-2 tubes
    Water/stock 240ml
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Rice wine 1tsp
    Chicken stock powder 1 tsp
    Bonito flavour seasoning 1tsp
