It accommodates four riders, with rear seats equipped with pedals. The quadricycle, made in the Netherlands, where bikes are very much in use, has a maximum speed of 10 mph.
The quadracycle rolls on four 17" aluminum wheels and treaded, pneumatic rubber tires, great for pavement, sidewalks, or smooth ground.
The left pedaler controls the bicycle's steering with a wheel and stops the bike with a handbrake.

Try to add " tilting " shock absorber. This works wheeles independently and have a better comfort and control over harsh breaking and while on turning also.
You both together are struggling hard at pedalling at that pedalling rate the normal bicycle will do better than this at 15 to 20 km/hr.
Redesign that also.
