Mam previously mention that GA binding to GID1 causes changes in GID1 structure so DELLA protein can not bind with GID1 And in the last slide it is mention that when GA binds with GID1, it enhances the interaction between GID1 and DELLA protein Mam please explain I don't understand this
GA binds on GID 1 receptor along with GID2 that is f box protein Repressor has two domain DELLA i.e.regulatory domain and GRAS repressor domain GA along with its receptor gid1 bound on DELLA and GID2 on GRAS domain that lead degradation of GRAS domain by 26 s proteosome as result signalling occur if DELLA domain mutated dwarf phenotype because gain of function mutation in repressor If GRAS mutated loss of function repressor ( tall phenotype)
Nice video... but I am not totally clear with the signaling pathway wherein its mentioned that without gibberellins the GID1 is bound to DELLA protein and also in the presence happens the same. But in the previous slide it is mentioned that in the presence of gibberellins induces a structural change in GID1 which exposes the surface that bind DELLA protein. Please clarify.
As you mentioned in this video that the GID1 undergoes a structural change after binding to the gibberellins. This enables the GRAS domain of DELLA protein to bind the GID1. But when gibberellin is not present then the GID1 binds to the other site in DELLA protein but not the GRAS site. Am I right.
In other signalling like auxin and jasmonic acid .. receptors were itself the F-box . Auxin-TIR1..JA-COI Here in GA receptor is GID1 and F-box is SLY1 .
In absence of gibberellin DELLA binds to PIF3/4(transcriptional activator) and inhibit gibberellin regulated gens to express (GID1 do not have any role in this ) When GA comes ..GID1 binds to GA ..undegoes structural changes..this GID1 now binds to GRAS site of DELLA ...brings it to SLY1 (F-box) ..DELLA undergoes ubiquitation now ...and PIF3/4(TFs) free to work and GA regulated genes will express now
Yes in auxin and JA signalling F-box protein were itself the receptors In auxin- TIR1 In JA - COI(coronatine insensitive 1) Here in GA signalling GID1 is receptor and SLY1(Arabidopsis ) ,GID2 (rice ) are F-box proteins {According to taiz and zeiger -6th edition}
GA-MYB is one or the early genes expressed when GA1 is present and after DELLA degradation ...GA-MYB gene transcribed and act as transcription promoter for alpha amylase gene
Mam ....your all videos are in a very lucid and concise manner for all competitive exams......thank u so much mam
Mam, will inhibitors repress the action of plant hormones in the starting stage?
Helpful....thnkss mam
very beautifully explained please tell what are the most important topics for clearing jrf in 1 month and please make some videos for same
Mam it was told 3,4 are right by our teacher
Thankyou so much mam!! ❤️ For putting your 💯 in each video you uploaded!!
Thanks so much ma'am. Your videos are very effective.
It's my pleasure
nice video mam.thank you so much.
welcome!
Mam I have seen all the videos of plant hormone...mam this much knowledge is sufficient or should I read more about it?

Mam please explain I don't understand this
GA binds on GID 1 receptor along with GID2 that is f box protein
Repressor has two domain DELLA i.e.regulatory domain and GRAS repressor domain
GA along with its receptor gid1 bound on DELLA and GID2 on GRAS domain that lead degradation of GRAS domain by 26 s proteosome as result signalling occur
if DELLA domain mutated dwarf phenotype because gain of function mutation in repressor
If GRAS mutated loss of function repressor ( tall phenotype)
means u want say GID2 is SCF
Yes luv sachu ..GID2 in rice and SLY1 in arabidopsis are F-box that is component of SCF complex
And GID1 is receptor of GA

You can see this in Taiz and Zeiger 6th edition page 441 🙂
Thanku mam
Thanku mam ... 😊🍀🍀🍀
Plz continue with more topics after ur exams will b over
Which book we should refer for phytohormons?
Taiz and Zeiger is one of most preferred books for CSIR NET/JRF
It would be good to go for lastest edition
🙇♀️🙇♀️
Mam ur videos remained so fruitful during exam...........but some how i lost it due to mine own mistakes.............any how thnku
Very helpful...plzz speak lil bit slowly...so we can understand efficiently
OK Vinay! will do that.
Thanks a lot mem
interesting video... thanks a lot mam for all your efforts
welcome!
Thank you mam, thank for suggestions
WELCOME!!
maam one doubt
here SCF is F-box protin not the receptor(GID1) itis not like auxin pathway
am i right????
Yes in auxin and JA signalling F-box protein were itself the receptors
In auxin- TIR1
In JA - COI(coronatine insensitive 1)
Here in GA signalling GID1 is receptor and SLY1(Arabidopsis ) ,GID2 (rice ) are F-box proteins
{According to taiz and zeiger -6th edition}
GRAS ko thoda explain kr dijiye
Nice Man
Nice
i listen transcription factors almost 100 time but i can not understand the name can you please tell me the names.............................
Please make a video lecture on photosynthesis
It will be available in future uploads
Hey mam form where are you ☺️ btw very well explained 👏👏
Wow
Me net ki preparation kar rahi hu please aur video banao dusare topik pe
There is more than 120 videos on different topics and units. You can watch that
Rest will be available in future uploads.
@@TEACHINGPATHSHALA thank you
what is SCF?
Thank you mam ....
welcome!!
Thank you mam
Welcome!!
Thank you madam
welcome!!
Mam where is GA receptor is exactly located.....in your slide it is there in PM . as it is soluble receptor how can it be in PM
In case of gibberellic acid this GA- GID1-DELLA complex and DELLA degradation occurs in nucleus
Its complex formation*
Plzz speak slowly mam.......but,, alll is welll
Sorry for inconvenience. Will improve that. You can use TH-cam setting for now, to lower down the speed
This was nice, but you speak very fast (and some parts, in hindi?)
You can slow it down by the playback speed feature by TH-cam, and ma'am also explains in English u can focus on tht part😀
and what are MYB MYC
i m totally confused
MYC are trancriptional activators in jasmonic acid signalling pathways
And GA- MYB are trancriptional activator for Alpha amylase gene
GA-MYB is one or the early genes expressed when GA1 is present and after DELLA degradation ...GA-MYB gene transcribed and act as transcription promoter for alpha amylase gene
Hii
Mam hindi me explain kiya karo plzzzzzzzzzz
Thanks mam 🔝🙏
