I am also looking forward to seeing Cheongna Dome Baseball Stadium in Korea that is going to be completed in 2027!! One of Korean biggest retailers SSG took over the team a few years ago so the dome will be connected to shopping centers. I hope to visit the opening game in Cheongna Dome Baseball Stadium in 2028 spring:)
Looking forward to the Daejeon park! I lived in Gwangju from 2007-2015, and saw the Tigers go from an old, way out of date little stadium to a gem of a park in Champions Field. I also believe that Lotte are finally making plans for a new stadium, as well.
By the way, there are a couple of other projects in Korea for new baseball stadiums. The first one is the Cheongna Dome, in Incheon, which will become the new home of the SSG Landers (one of the photos that you showed about the new Jamsil Dome is actually of the Cheongna Dome). Early construction started last year, with completion planned for the 2028 season. The stadium will be a fixed-roof dome, seating around 21,000 people (actually slightly less than the current stadium). Something that is also important is that this stadium will be part of a mega mall (developed by the same group that owns the team, Starfield Mall), so it will be a unique blend of retail and stadium. The other project is a new Sajik Baseball Stadium, to be built on the site of the existing one. This will be an open stadium, and the current completion target is 2029. Capacity is planned to also be 21,000, but given current KBO attendance figures, I guess they will have to increase that number again. Construction hasn't started yet, and the issue of where the Lotte Giants will play during the construction of the new stadium is still being discussed.
Lotte would probably play in Ulsan or Changwon (the baseball park near the Dinos stadium) maybe. A lot of travel though. Or they stay at the Busan Stadium near Sajik Doosan n LG are goin to play at the Olympic stadium for Jamsils.
I just heard that the record attendance in the KBO was just crushed, and they’ve still got a good amount of season to go. Do you think you could do a video about the state of baseball in Korea and the KBO?
The reason Lions only get attendance just over 5K is because that's the crowds you can fit in the infield. Not many Taiwanese people want sit in the outfield anyway. Which brings the a problem of the new stadium, why build new Tainan stadium with 10000 seater outfield. I don't the logic of Tainan City Council.

7:44 is actually the model for a new SSG Landers stadium in Incheon

Sounds like a good idea
Another very well-researched video. Good job👍
The Hanwha Eagles won the Korean Series in 1999. I know they didn't finish first overall but that's what most would consider a "league title"
baseball united stadium??, maybe?
