There's a market for people with a four figure budget who just want personal transport to go from A to B as cheaply as possible.
I wonder if the question about the turning circle, is that one is talking about the turning radius, and the other about the diameter. Obvs the diameter is twice the radius so that might account for the discrepancy.
I had a perodua kenari, was really reliable and had a huge amount of space inside it for such a tiny car
