Pakistan cricket is on a way of destruction like we did before to Hockey,what is our selection criteria we don't know in our country there is SIFARSHI accomodation model, what is the performance of Sir Shadab Khan, Iftikhar and there are so many others,PCB headquarter situated in Lahore, there should be a rotation policy for PCB headquarter like five years for each provincial big city this may solve our problem.

T-20 is the crux of the problem. Only strong club and 1st class cricket on sporting wickets can raise the standard of the game.
PSL should be converted into 50 overs cricket and T20 plus T-10 matches, and tournaments should be eliminated.
