Guangyuan City, known as Lizhou in ancient times, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Sichuan Province. It borders Gansu Province and Shaanxi Province to the north; Nanchong City to the south; Mianyang City to the west; and Bazhong City to the east. It is located on the northern edge of Sichuan, facing mountains. The basin transition zone has a subtropical humid monsoon climate and is an important ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Jialing River. It is the regional central city at the junction of Sichuan, Shaanxi and Gansu, one of the top ten livable cities in China, a national tourism standardization demonstration city, and one of the top ten health care cities in the country. The city has a total area of 16,319 square kilometers and governs 3 districts and 4 counties. At the end of 2023, Guangyuan's permanent population was 2.249 million, of which 622,000 were in the urban area.
Guangyuan City is known as the "gateway to northern Sichuan and the throat of Shu Road". It has a long history and rich culture. It is one of the important birthplaces of Bashu civilization. It created the neutron microlithic culture more than 7,000 years ago and has a history of more than 2,300 years. It is a concentrated display of the ancient plank road culture of the Pre-Qin Dynasty and the Shu road culture, and the history of the Three Kingdoms. The core corridor of culture, the birthplace of Wu Zetian, the only female emperor in Chinese history. With unique location and convenient transportation, it is a national comprehensive transportation hub city with 3 highways and 4 railways intersecting within the territory. The city has built 47 national A-level tourist attractions, including 1 national 5A-level tourist attraction at Jianmen Pass and 21 4A-level tourist attractions at Jianmen Shu Road. Jianmen Shu Road is included in the World Natural and Cultural Heritage Preparatory List. It is the core area of the original Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area, the location of the later capital, and the starting point of the Long March of the Fourth Red Army.
In 2023, Guangyuan City's regional gross product (GDP) was 117.982 billion yuan, an increase of 6.2% over the previous year based on comparable prices. Among them, the added value of the primary industry was 21.513 billion yuan, an increase of 3.8% over the previous year; the added value of the secondary industry was 43.746 billion yuan, an increase of 7.2%; the added value of the tertiary industry was 52.723 billion yuan, an increase of 6.4%.

查了下根据第七次人口普查数据，截至2020年11月1日零时，广元市常住人口为2,305,657人。 2023年末，广元市户籍人口291.25万人。其中，城镇人口71.32万人。所以这个标题写的不太对吧

@@Sfran_ 那是城镇人口，他说的62万是市区人口，这玩意没法具体划分，如果以城镇户口来计算你的应该是正确的，但是以实际居住来说谁都说不清楚。所以历来人口普查都是查询城镇和农村户口，而实际居住都只能有一个相对准确的大概数字。
看了那么多中小城市的视频也就明白为什么中国的房地产经济无法持续下去了。房子已经盖的过剩了😢。人口在减少，未来房价还得跌呀。

广元市是一个两百多万人口的地级市，又是处于山地向盆地的过渡地带，不是平整的大平原，但整个视频里没看到有很多密集的高层住宅楼，街景看着很舒服
@@Sfran_你根本不懂的。我有亲戚在四川类似的小城市。市区里那些新楼都不是他们的唯一住所。他们在老城区里还有旧的房子。所有人只有不是太穷的都至少有两个住处。视频里到处是闪闪发亮的新房，现在都跌了，还会继续跌的。
