Zoige Grassland is located in Zoige County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, and is part of Zoige National Park.

It is called the "Chinese Water Tower" because it contributes more than 30% to the water source of the Yellow River, the mother river of the Chinese nation. In 2022, the implementation plan for the integrated protection and restoration project of the Ruoergai grassland wetland, mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grass, sand and ice in the upper reaches of the Yellow River in Sichuan will be completed.
