No penalty was called for that move but I think I should have received one.
On another note, I enjoyed this challenge GP but I have one criticism. The grid positions. 2nd always defending against 3rd on the start while 1st drives off into the sunset. go rewatch every start you will see. Invert the grid , put 1st on the outside make 1st have to defend 2nd on the start and you have a much more balanced GP similar to Toronto.
