Jeff, I'm very happy to hear that you've found something meaningful to you to spend your time and energy on. Turning your own struggles into something positive for others isn't easy, but the payback is well worth it. I appreciate you sharing your blacksmithing and welding with those of us trying to learn too, but I think you've made the right choice in prioritizing your time. If you still find time to show the crafting vids, I'll be here to watch and learn, but if you don't, we'll understand. I hope this new path works out well for you, and everyone else who ends up affected. Love and caring are rare in that the more you give away, the more you have. -- Mike
Hi I stumbled upon this video after I'd subscribed, I liked your other videos initially, because I thought you were generous and genuine in sharing. Little did I know that you are more than that but you're empathetic and have a kind demeanor. Thanks for being a great human being, we need more of you guys in this world.
Chris, thank you for stopping by and taking the time to say hello... I actually decided to take one last look at my page before heading out the door for my first real vacation in about 17 years. I am glad I did so now I have the opportunity to respond to your messages. I'm happy you are enjoying the videos and I hope you get a few ideas and maybe even a few laughs out of them. Videos have slowed down a little over the last couple of months due to there being a lot of things going on in life right now. I will return home around August 13th and am hoping to reconnect once again with the youtube community. Once you have had the change to see a little more on my channel I would love any ideas you might have about videos you would be interested in seeing. Again, thank you for reaching out, it truly means a lot. - Jeff
you can understand what people suffer through and help them because you have been where they are. keep up the great work, even if your youtube videos become less frequent. you have many supporters that might not say anything, but we are here and thinking about you often.
I am 54 and have suffered from a couple bouts of depression, not so severe as to contemplate suicide but I have known four men who did, sadly, take this option. All of them had been drinking before acting on their thoughts. Do not drink if you are depressed as it really doesn't help. I am happy that you are putting your life experience and ability to communicate to such a noble , (and rewarding), cause. I don't mind waiting for metal work videos while you tend too much more important mental work;-)
Good for you. Being able to help people like that would be wonderful! Best of luck to you. I have wanted to try making different flowers(tired of roses) and the Iris looks very promising. Thank you for your videos, make them when you can.
God has put you on a path follow it and help those who you can my wife suffers from this severely please make them your priority and dark moon will survive we will continue to support you.

Isn't it interesting how God works? You had to experience depression in your life so you can help people with depression in their life. It seems like you now have a calling and a worthy one at that. Would you be now helping people with depression if you didn't experience it youself? That's why I believe one should never question God about their tribulations, because maybe he is putting them through training or boot camp so as to help someone else. Good Luck and congratulations in this next chapter of your life.
