Listen now young lady, you are soo beautiful. If you believe you are ugly that’s how other people will view you. The weight can be dealt with but you will always stay gorgeous either way.

hey helena, you just came suggested on my TH-cam. first, I want to say how naturally beautiful and a vibe you areee I subscribed immediately - you have such beautiful features. It was so nice to watch the video bcs I can relate to so many things and it can be really really hard and can effect your mental health. I’m sure others can also relate too and it makes them realise they are not alone with their struggles, so a big thank you. but keep doing what you are doing I’m positive you’ll go so far in life🖤

Helena girl I just found you and I am already subscribed sis. I really enjoyed this video from you and I am watching the other videos as well. Of course we love hearing your truth and being a big girl is your and my truth so please keep making this type of content. I've always wondered how it is for plus size women of color in the UK. So this was everything to find out we share similar experiences. What I can say is as we get older as big women we grow more confident in ourselves and you should look at some women who look similar to you that have made it in careers or industries we are not meant to thrive in. And follow their experiences as well. "Mo'Nique" is a big influence on my life as far as being a big girl growing up she created a whole new foundation big girls she did plus size pageants and she performed with her plus size dancers, written books and so much more. But I understand what you mean by being guarded and big women are viewed as easy to sleep with or taken advantage of but you should know you are absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous and as long as you know that and hold on to that no one can tell you different. As we grow our confidence grows. I have so much love for you sis and I am here for your journey God Bless 🙏🏾 and I wish you so much success 🙏🏾. Stay consistent don't stop sis😊😊😊❤❤❤❤...

@@talkswithhelena Aww thank you for replying. Your awesome and extremely brave I admire you and women alike who speak up and out for us plus size color girls. But I totally understand where you are and get it. Time and you learning who you are as a woman, growing is the best thing. It would be great to hear who are some of the plus size women or plus size women of color who inspired you and your friends over there or world wide. I don't know much about plus size women in the UK. God Bless sis🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️

By the way most men prefer slim thick to thick females not too thin or not too big. You need to work on your self-esteem and how to carry yourself in order to avoid you attracting the wrong type of men. Women of all shapes and sizes can have a low self-esteem. Some women want to be thicker, whilst other women want to be thinner. I was very insecure when I was a UK size 8, I prefer being a curvy medium size 12-14, I don't mind going down to a 12 as long as I keep my curvaceous hour glass figure. I don't want to be a petite size 8 figure again as I thought I was too thin. I was an aspiring model back then, and when years ago I went for a modelling audition I was a size 10 which is small, and that was considered to too curvy or big for the modelling agency, as they like their models to be tiny. I know of men who have seen Supermodel Naomi Campbell in real life, and have stated that she is pretty but too thin. Most men like curves on women. Aim to be a just weight.
    Enjoy your day.

I pray you find a guy who loves you more than you love him cah if you love a man more than he loves you it’s a headache and stress. I’d rather be loved than love someone. I am ok with liking and being attracted to someone than loving them. Ideally I’d want love both ways but in this day and age it’s difficult to find.

Hello! fellow “plus size girl here” I was wearing 14-16 leggings around 12 as well but not when it came to tops considering my body really evened out that way. I’m Canadian-Caribbean and only when I was pre teen my parents really started to mention my weight now I’m at my highest which is considered “obese” exactly on the dot. my advice is to never get to that always stay under 200! I couldn’t help but notice you are very stunning but I would give you advice on getting a foundation your shade💗 7:30

Speak highly about yourself is a start to your journey in life , start loving yourself , stop calling yourself unattractive.
You're actually really pretty, and your skin is beautiful . A trip to a black country would do you some good , the uk is bad vibes, and I'll truss me there is a bigger world .
Change your circle, i.e., family and friends, surround yourself in places where you are appreciated .
You're so young dont focus on these foolish men go and live your life time flies

Girl!!!!!! Men can be absolute arseholes!!! but I love how you haven't let all the stupid things people have said get to you and stop you from giving us the privilege of watching videos from a great creator like you. hot damn school/ growing up in London was GHETTO!!!! the same boys who called me ugly have been in and out of my DM's for years now. I'm 27 it's been a minute since school haha ...but anyway, you exude someone who deserves love inside and out!!!!!!!!!!

just lose the weight. Being fat is a choice. Change your diet and exercise. Blame your parents for overfeeding you and not having a good knowledge of nutrition. You are an adult now so you are free to make better choices.

exactly, you can only blame other people for so long. Take charge of your own health before you regret it.

This was so real. I appreciated you putting words to your experience. It was very relatable. People don’t understand how traumatizing it is to be viewed as fat and ugly, yet men still try to screw you. It’s such a mind bend. It really makes you feel less than worthless, only worth being used. Thank you again for putting words to this.

I completely get where you are coming from. When I was at secondary school I asked my friend to ask a guy out for me he said no which was okay, but the guy, his brother and his brothers friend bullied me not only at school but in church!! It really damaged my self esteem.

It's simple, just lose the weight, being overweight is a choice, losing the weight is a choice. It's lack of self discipline that is stopping you, most overweight people will keep making excuses, rather than having to do the hard work. Also no one needs to hear what you like in your mouth. There's OF's for that type of talk.
