UNDP 'CASH FOR WORK' Koro Island

“This video documents joint cooperation between Fiji’s Ministry of Youth and Sports and the UNDP Strengthening Citizens Engagement in Fiji (SCEFI) programme funded by the European Union, on a Cash For Work youth project in Koro island supporting the communities after the TC Winston cyclone hit Fiji in February 2016, which resulted in devastation in particular on islands such as Koro. It shows the SCEFI approach of collaborative action and citizen engagement to support severely affected communities to get back to normalcy rebuilding their lives and livelihoods and strengthening their resilience”
