    I'm doing a harlequin on a round table. I'm thinking of doing a round border on the last couple of inches at the edge of the table with stripes going over the edge. Does that sound weird?

    I love watching you do this. Question: Do you count the number? In case it is not even? If that’s even a thing that matters???

    • @coolrunnings3
      @coolrunnings3 ปีที่แล้ว

      When painting something round it matters, has to be even.

    You can use hair spray lightly over your pencil marks and that prevents smudging of the pencil marks.

    Tracey, an old video “you said” your harlequin should be 1/2 the width of the height..... so, it was a very old video, is that still your rule? Or did you find a better size or method. Ie. Height

    • @TraceysFancy
      @TraceysFancy  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Winter’s Soul that is truly the “formal” measurement of a harlequin shape. In my opinion....it’s a little to y’all and skinny for my liking. That’s what is so nice about making your own! I prefer mine fatter. And I honestly don’t measure. I just make the shape according to the piece I’ll be painting.

      I think of McKinsey-Child which is very expensive with the color of black and white. I love this pattern!

    Harlequin versus football! Paint comes first. There’s no choice for me.

    if you want your diamonds falling off the side halfways...and you know how many diamonds you want in the space you can use a ruler and divide that into spaces...

    Sorry but not interested in your personal life just wanted to know how to do harlequins. You talk too much, made me yawn. Can't believe I stuck with you for almost an hour just to see you paint one diamond!

      Thank you for watching and for the feed back! I do talk a LOT!!!! It’s just something that I have embraced. But I do have a few videos where a talk a “bit” less. Lol.

    would have loved to see this, but you talk entirely too much, over a half hour and you only put down a diamond, sorry...you seem fun and interesting, but I want to get down to it over 33 minutes and I have not learned a thing.

      sharon kotchkowski rude. If you don’t like a video just Move the hell on. Why do you have to insult people? So freaking rude.🙄

      Its not a rude comment, we want to learn something and too much talking gets on my nerves.

      I have skipped thru the entire video and got nothing. You talk about your live comments for 40min and the point of the video for about an entire 5min. I can’t watch any of your videos, they’re all this way. You show work that’s already done. Idk how I would learn anything with any videos. You talk too much about nothing. Just being honest.
