Thanks for the suggestion! I used the Koenigsegg CCGT (Tuned by nyasmowasher on 01/15/2023) to get 00:46.513 (1520 top 1%) on Estadio Circuit :D Which if you remove cheaters from the leaderboards, that's probably under 1000-800 placement or something
@Jairyx not racing S2 much lately, focusing more on A and S1. The Nio has probably the best grip in S2 but it's too slow on straights in most of the tracks. Maybe try different setups for the ccgt, never had understeer problems with mine
911 GT1 Strassenversion holds multiple S2 Dirt WRs, including River Scramble. In my hands it's 1 second a lap faster than the Mosler, I'm inside the top 10 on that leaderboard.
Ive become quite a fan of using the NIO EP9 for S2 class road racing, it's quite similar to the KTM X-BOW GT4, terrible on straights, but a lot of cornering ability, it's just fun to use what can i say
Here's a little spreadsheet protip to not have to do the tedious stuff like add a new row and such as I see you're doing at this moment along with making it much cleaner to look at. First off, remove all the rows to the right, simple enough we're just removing empty space and cleaning it up then once you've done that, highlight the entire first row [class,car, creator,ect] click view and then freeze that row so now that each column can be sorted now add the PI# like 800, 900, 998, 999 in front of its class so it reads as example 900 S1-Class You can now sort all the cars in column B with the Arrow A-Z Then do the exact same with column A You can remove the empty gaps between classes now Now you just need to enter data the sort B and then A by the sort by A-Z dropdown function and no longer have to add a row every time you add a new car to the sheet, saving you data entry time which we all know sucks and any time save is worth doing.
@@Johnson_Racing no problem, as im sure you're gonna end up doing a b-class set soon and this should save you 5-10 minutes on data entry alone for that.

Has the list changed now that it has been a month? Specifically if the tunes are still holding up now that creators have had more time to create theirs and players finding new and better cars?
i really wish there was more competitive options for s2 dirt, being forced to use the RS200 to have a chance it’s boring, the only best option is the Lotus GT1 but that’s it unfortunately or anyone know another option
F50 GT i think it's the sweetest spot for online indeed, i used this car for Rivals overall together F40C and CCGT. I don't consider myself a good driver, my tuning style totally oriented to Grip, as well i play on automatic... All that i can say is... She's amazing. For Middle speed circuits like Cooper Canyon, she gave me a top 100 rivals. Which is okay imo since i lack in many stuff. S1 videos in cross country part gonna be funny... Mclaren Senna, TVR Speed 12, Porsche 917 LH, Lola T70 and my favorite Cross Country car right now, the Ford GT40 MKII. I did almost all rivals with that car on S1, it's superb imo.

How come there is no Sesto Elemento FE or Vulcan AMR? I dont know how they fair in top 0.5% but they are definitely easy to learn so should be worth a mention? :D

Some cars have 10 in speed and go up to 380 and others only have 7 in speed but go above 400, and depending on your driving style and preference like johnson said you can only find out by testing it yourself, i'd recommend to chose a few "test" tracks you can always test on and comapare, one for handling, one for speed and a mixed one
Literally no skill needed (edit: obvs I'm wrong on that point, but high skill at best is rewarded with a top 3 position as the majority of players run into walls and miss checkpoints), just whatever car is so unbalanced that it lets you hit ludicrous speeds on straightaways. Every car can just be tuned to AWD and nothing about its characteristics matters. FH5 is one of the worst "online racing" games ever made.
@@Johnson_Racing yeah I'm being a bit of an ass, mostly annoyed at the gameplay decisions PGG made with this game that forces people to compete by meta and not by good competitive racing systems and car builds.

I not sure if you are looking for content ideas but I personally would appreciate guidance on the merit of opting for tyre upgrades Vs engine upgrades and how to find a good balance. Essentially I am finding that I do not have enough talent to drive cars (group b plus) without putting semi slicks on, but am finding that others do and seem to have a much faster car as a result... In full appreciation the best advice might simply be "get good".
The mosler good car with great speed , but bad handling, clearly not the best S2 class car, better option is AM Vulcan AMR Pro really good grip with lower top speed. Same goes to the Apollo, the Aston Martin is the better option, but you never included, overall good video but clearly not accurate data, i can come up with better cars if you want, but what i can confirm is that this aston martin is confirmed as top tier car.
I have to disagree. The Vulcan is a decent handling car but is even lacking more speed than the CCGT and Apollo. Feel free to check out the fastest times in the rivals leaderboard.

Funny how something called Street version (strassenversion) is so good for offroading! I love that car for S1 road races.
In FH 4 it's also a great S2 Dirt car.

911 btw is s2 dirt beast. rs200 can be beaten by 3 to 4 seconds easily. especially if it has tarmac part it's even faster
The brabham bt62 is a dlc car but it has the best handling of any car except for the bad to the blade with a top speed do 230 mph on s2

ferrari f50 get nerf
F50 GT is not that op lap time-wise. It's simply the best allrounder when you want handling and decent speed in an AWD build. :)
