You can just hit the button like the old way still , and they seem to do their thing . You can make it as complicated as you want if you dive into the settings . The old 22 workers were very simple but also very awful 😂

PS hit the O button . they will follow the preset courseplay pattern for that field . Not like the FS22 way but still simple .
