im pretty sure i just found a never seen coin tech before too.
so, you punch a coin into an enemy, dash and throw a coin (so that the coin matches your speed) and once the dash-coin is inside the enemy you shoot the rail.
you can also do a version without the coin punch; dash-coin, throw another coin right after the first one, shoot the rail and shoot another coin.

I thought of that technique but coulnd perfect it with using 4 coins but who knows maybe you will succeed with 3
(Og 2 coins and right at the end throw the 3?)

Its pretty easy to do it with 2 coins and then coin add the other 2 for a total of 4
