I always find a lemon note in Caol Ila, so i'd be tempted to use a good IB bottle here failing that Glen Scotia or Ledaig would go down well if dining outside in the Spring sunshine
I like this concept. I’ve done similar things in the past but never felt the urge to film it. Sound logic on the pairing, I was pleasantly surprised because you don’t look old enough to drink. Either that or I’m getting old cuz young people are looking younger 😅
