@10:48 Actually, it's a good idea to have washers under any non flanged fastener surface if the torque values are high to reduce the stress on the part being fastened.
i really think you should hang some aperture science safety posters on the wall that would be pretty nice also the engine crane is quite useful for lifting other heavy things

Never tighten bolts down completely until the items are together and save some aggravation.

However, I was taught to always hold the bolt head steady and tighten the nut.
