- I often find petrified wood in river gravel and decided to polish a round in my 12 lb rock tumbler. Reposted this video from yesterday because quality was too low.

Those look fantastic!!
We were visiting friends in mississipi this week, they said you can find it just about anywhere theres a creek. We walked out in their woods to the creek and came back with pockets full of awesome pieces!
Now i need to learn to polish them.
May have found a new hobby 😎
Those pieces came out beautiful! Cool stuff!!!
Very cool man! They look awesome.
Thank you.
Simply amazing Mark 😃👍👍👍
Thanks Shawn
Look at all that wonderful petrified wood. I could spend hours wondering through it looking for special finds
Oh yeah
You have enough petrified wood there? JK. Awesome video Mark, I love pet wood, shame I don't have any nearby sources but that just means I'll have to plan a trip to some where that does!
Awesome Mark! So many nice pieces in the buckets to begin with!
As always enjoyed watching thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks ☺️
I let rocks tumble in the same grit for like three or four weeks before changing grit. Seems to work for me. Need to get some of those ceramic bits though.
😮that’s a lot of pet wood! ❤
Beautiful wood
Absolutely beautiful Mark ‼️🏹
I have the same model tumbler as yours. Only difference is mine has a second unit that when mounted side by side the drive roller can connect to the secondary unit and roll a second drum simultaneously. The other drum is split 50/50. Great tumblers.
Good looking rocks or should I say wood lol. Enjoyed it Mark ‼️🏹
Thanks 😊
Hola, I have been watching people pick up petrified wood and had bben thinking to myself some body needs to polish those and you did.
Thanks I love to be on time with a video

jewelry
Sweet L@@king rocks where did you collect those beauty's from ??
Excellent work Mark!
Thanks 🙏
I think I've seen some in Maryland that I thought might be fossil but they look identical to a few of your pieces thanks for sharing 👍
Petrified wood is all over the place. Could be you saw some
Great job on your selections! They turned out spectacular. What's next on your list of things to tumble?
Good question, I need to find something to tumble.
I'm new to this. How do you decide when to put the plastic pellets into the drum?
They are not plastic grit, but grit made by poly plastics. Sorry so confusing.
So you tumbled for 7 days for each stage? No burnishing?
Yes , sometimes I just change the load on time and it runs a bit longer.
If I don’t get to it
