Apke example me 80 Lacks ki property hai, to jo amount seller ko lumpsum pay karenge to 1 % TDS kaat kar denge - yaani 7920000 (80 lacks - 80000) ki payment ho gai. To amount paid/credit field me 7920000 aana chaiye. hum waha 80 Lakh kyon likh rhe hai ? ye clarify kar dijiye. TDS amount 80000 to theek hai.
its will be 80 Lacs TDS only deposited on the PAN of Seller, Liability towards Income Tax for Seller untill unless they Filed and Paid the INCOME tax through ITR filing
Brother maine 26QB revised kiya tha Traces portal se. Abhi status "processed" show ho raha h. Revise form 26QB kaha se download hoga- "Traces se ya IT portal se"

Agar more than one buyer honge to stamp duty value kaise dikhayenge
