Lich + masochist + sick could be crazy. Might be a little easy but could add some stipulations if so.

Loud + Ghost + Apprentice is gonna be wild (your build is not gonna be chasing with max dodge),
Artificier + Glutton/Apprentice + Technomage is structure powerhouse if you have 1 overworked Garden,
or
Masochist + Sick + Vampire is gonna be haywire with Lifesteal.
Those sounds fun I put 2 of my own in a comment somewhere lol but where you went I think I made another one it would be renegade+Jack+Hunter that would be a very crazy run to see so would Explorer+Old+Cryptid (I like that idea better)
I have two ideas lets see what people think.
1. Golem+Bull+Pacifist😅
2. Multitasker+Fisherman+King
I think both would be fun and cool to see how they react together.
Artificer, Glutton, and Loud would be cool. Get a few rip and tear, and it'll just be constant explosions.
Multitasker + technomage + baby with 24 wrenches very fast fire rate 3 shot turrets

With a map that tiny, I imagine a Screwdriver build would actually be insane. You wouldn´t need much at all to absolutely COVER the map in mines!

Demon + multitasker + apprentice would be incredibly strong
1) Money bags run:
Streamer, entrepreneur and saver
2) Hellraiser:
Lich, vampire and demon
3) Bring it on
Brawler, One armed and loud
4) Hunter gatherer:
Farmer, Explorer and Hunter
I would love a super turret build. So maybe 2 engineers and a technomage or streamer for money.
A glass cannon build Apprentice, Mutant and loud.

most elites also have their projectiles "attached" to their bodies, so for those elites, the speed of their projectiles are also affected by reductions in enemy speed.
low enemy speed looked pretty good here, maybe I should take snail more often...

So interesting to note about old + old crashing the game: I did a bit of testing after I noticed this, about a year ago. It seemed to happen more often the more often you were in the center of the map and had increased mob spawns from gentle alien, etc. Brotato tries to spawn enemies a certain distance away from you(this is culled a bit during high density waves(9) or horde waves), and it changes depending on where you move. If you do old + old and stand mostly in the center, it seemed as though the game either ran out of spaces to spawn enemies, or spawns them off the map, and this causes the game to crash. I can't speak to the update gmo mod, but this happened to me quite often doing old+old.
Hilarious run, thanks! Was so curious what wave 20 was going to look like. My only whine is that when you took the last wrench, you didn't combine first to make another explosive turret! Boo!

Jack, loud, and demon it wolud be the ultimate economy
Renegade, Technomage and something like Glutton, Loud or Artificer could be a fun one, lean into the fireballs and turret speed
Vagabond, multitasker, and either baby or gladiator. I think gladiator would be too easy but baby would be interesting
I believe baby would override the multitasker but maybe you could cheese it by picking a different order
Triple mutant, triple streamer, triple one armed are things I think would be hilarious. Also triple lucky
3 character idea for you!
Go for absolute maximum economy, something like streamer + farmer + saver for example, I can’t think of the best 3 character combination to make the richest character, but I’m sure you can find it!
His recommended combos in the mod page looks pretty good.
Tecnomage + apprentice + artificer. I think this will be easy
Loud + jack + one armed. This could be tricky.
Farmer, Saver, Demon
I'd like to see one of the most broken existing combinations (Farmer + Entrepreneur) with the addition of one of these:
Technomage (faster structures? might be awkward taking elemental)
Baby (more pruners)
Explorer (more trees for consumables)

Engineer + Streamer + Soldier is a pretty powerful combo from my testing.

This brotato is so ancient, even jesus himself said it's way too old
wildling 3 + starting weapon stick, 90% lifesteal with primitive weapons, you get 4 sticks, some hp, and +12 flat damage from sticks; by the time wave 3 rolls around, you're maxed on blue sticks (early game smooth sailing)
farmer 3 with pruner, 60 flat harvesting, *1.14 harvesting/rnd, +3 harvesting/consumable at full hp, but no materials are dropped (destroy economy, even better with crown)
ghost 3: +30 flat damage with ethereal weapons, +90% dodge to start (which is the cap), but pray to god enemies don't beat dodge chance (glass cannon)
engineer 3 with wrench: +30 engineering (that plus all future is *1.75), start with 4 wrenches = 4 turrets which spawn really close, gaining negative damage adds damage at half value (spawn camping)
doctor 3: net 300% atk speed with med weapons, +15 hp regen, regen value is octupled (maybe?), +15 starting harvesting, gaining negative armor adds armor at half value (tank; "I'm a healer, but...")
artificer 3: BOOM (with the added benefit of gaining negative armor adds armor at half value)
apprentice 3 (plank?): jack of all trades, but frail (literal glass cannon)
chunky 3/ golem 3: THICCCCCCCCCCC (in the case of golem, just get a sad tomato and you get all benefits from golem, still can't heal)
one armed 3: 600% atk speed, dmg mods *4, but -9 weapons (starting weapon is only weapon; "I can do this all day")
soldier 3: grab a gun stand still, sweep, and grab most of the screen ("If you must blink...")
hunter 3: 300 range, +3% dmg/10 range (+90% from itself), crit chance *1.75 (gain crit really fast), gaining negative harvesting adds harvesting at double the rate, but no hp (can't touch this)
brawler 3 with fist: +150% atk speed with unarmed weapons, 4 starting fists (4/6), +45% dodge +9% from unarmed tag (45/60, 54/60), and ranged weapons are a very bad idea (is this a jojo reference?)
mage 3 (taser probably): elemental is 2x, gaining negative melee or ranged damages or engineering adds at 2x; and with the 3 starting scared sausage, you can slow cook enemies with the taser ("one shudders to imagine what inhuman thoughts lie behind that mask...")
mutant 3: all you need is levels, shop is expensive (..."I ain't talking about that freak. All right?")
multi-tasker + gladiator + knight
ranger + hunter + soldier
Triple Entrepreneur would go crazy, massively reduced shop prices but -150% dmg modifier which idk what would do.
Plus could probably go infinite in the shop by buying and selling weapons for profit and getting free rerolls from buying out the shop
i want to see a "midevil stick" run i think apprentice mutant baby would be the most fun to watch

I wanted to tell you about how rediculous hunter + hunter gets in endless. I quit playing after wave 88; I got 103 lvls that wave from my 10 million harvesting or so. I could still easily buy a ton of stuff, but decided to hold on to materials for my 2 tridents. I feel like this outscales the enemy growth, and "beats" endless. The first 10-15 waves are difficult though.
Knight+hunter is also possible, but significantly weaker, and very difficult.
In general, any combination that turns positive stats into negative ones should be fun.

Just did a similar: golem, demon and loud. It was awesome. The most high stakes constant action run I've ever had in Brotato. (until wave 16... then it was just a steamroll)

A fun afk run would be Soldier+Streamer+Lucky just my first thoughts im unable to use mods so i jave no clue how good this combo will be. Another afk run i thought of is Soldier+Bull+Masochist but dont know if they will work well together or at all😂

HARD CHALLENGE: ranger + one armed + loud
i got one even harder Golem+One Armed+Old (for even harder instead of old use apprentice)
Demon, Bull and Sick would be pretty interesting
Loud + Fisherman + Wholesaler
One armed + Baby + Multitasker is really fun I recommend it
Baby, farmer and loud with pruner would be insane
Obligatory renegade x 3 to make the map a bullet hell at some point
Multitasker + Apprentice + Engineer for the ultimate engineering build maybe?
Also maybe need to do the opposite of this run with triple Explorer.
1 armed baby
Lich bull and chunky. Lich deals most of the damage on heal, chunky makes the build tanky, bull adds explosions when hit and negates the reduced regen modifiers of chunky.
I am surprised - the wave 18-19 shop had a Charcoal in it, which would have contributed 1 Elemental Damage - which would have improved the Nuke Launcher at the very least. I don't know if incendiary turrets use Elemental Damage, but if they did, it would have been very definitely worth the affordable cost.

My last run idea lol would be lucky+Arms Dealer+Pacifist (i hit random 3 times and that the 3 i got)

Golem + demon + vampire is extremely interesting. Kudos if you don't go with the sceptre too.
I know this is a broken combo but I want to see it badly: Hunter, Knight, Loud. Instead of losing 3 harvesting per round, you gain harvesting instead! (if it works as intended)
I'm really disappointed that this wasn't an endless run 😢

But for a real suggestion how about farmer + glutton + baby, maximum fruits.
