I can't really speak for WayV because I'm still learning about them lol, I only know Winwin & Lucus but for NCT 127 from what I've gathered, Haechan is Taeil and Johnny's daughter and Mark is Jaehyun and Taeyong's son the two kids are probably in an arranged marriage and that's how Markhyuck came to be. Doyoung is Mark's older brother that hates his in-law Haechan and Jungwoo is Haechan older sister in love with her Japanese crush Yuta but Yuta has a crush on a celebrity called Winwin.

In conclusion: Chenle has harem or he's divorced and remarried (and live with all of his wives). He had Mark with Jeno, Jisung with Jaemin (remember, Jaemin said a looong time ago that he bore Jisung) and Daegal with Renjun. Haechan was dating Daegal but after she expressed how much more she loves her own brother Mark than her boyfriend Haechan he decided he'll marry Daegal's sister Jisung.
