I’ve been riding for over 30 years and have quite a few bikes with an array of different saddles that all fit a little differently but none are what I would call truly comfortable. I saw one of these at a social ride and the owner let me test ride it around the parking lot. I was AMAZED at the comfort. I wish I could have taken it for a real ride. The remarks about the seat post proximity to your nether region are true. It’s very close. I imagine different seat post designs would provide different clearances. The price is pretty steep, especially if one wants more than one for their fleet.
I can't believe you guys are charging $170 for a piece of plastic with 2 rails. This seat must cost less than $10 to make. The prototype's had padding which seemed far more comfortable. Every review of the seat says they have pressure points around the rim at different areas due to the hard plastic. Someone should perfect this seat idea into something better.
I agree with the last comment made earlier, the price is too much for guys like myself who are riding to just stay fit and healthy. I understand the elite folks can afford it, but us who are on a buget and have to sell the idea to the wife's. Do you guys offer a military / veterans discount?
Its called value pricing folks. Apple makes the iPhone for a lot less than $800 but that's the price. I'd pay $500 plus for a saddle that actually solved the problem of painful riding. What would be more helpful than a lower price would be a trial program that does not cost $35. A truly risk free trial would encourage enthusiasts to try the saddle and provide the free marketing that Dr Vince needs.
Love the idea of the infinity seat. HATE the price. Needs to be cut by 50% to make it available to more than just the elite bicycle super-freak enthusiasts (no offense intended to those individuals). Especially when buying something that you hope, but don't even know, will work for you. Cut the price in half and you'll sell WAY MORE than double, for far better profit in the end...and a lot of happy tushes.
I am going to pony up the bucks for this seat because I had a saddle sore that got infected and left a wound that is very sensitive to pressure. I love bicycle riding so much and still ride even with the tenderness. The seat comes with a 30 day return so if it sucks I'll just send it back BUTT if it works it will be worth every penny. I'm having a great deal of trouble fitting the saddle to my ride. It's either too high in front or too high in the rear, both of which are quite uncomfortable. Almost ready to throw in the towel and go back to the Fi'zi:k Arione Saddle. This single installation video I've seen (multiple times) is of little help.
I tryed to buy this seat, however, your shoppingste does not allow Norwegians to buy as we here have a seqirity thing. A code so our bank knows that its the right person using the creditcard. If you had Paypal we kud buy.
did anyone have a problem that the screws from the seat post now poke right where the hole in the saddle is? Loved the rest of the saddle but this is making the saddle unusable for me. And if I move the saddle back or forward so those screws aren't in a bad place then my fit is totally off. Thoughts?
So what holds you up, air? you gonna hit a metal seat post? . Bike seat engineers are missing the main point. That being the frame of the seat, or form needs a suspension and isolater. Even on a Brooks saddle they don't have an isolater to the steel frame . That probably transmits road shock to the rider.

The tilt adjustment is a function of your seat post. Are there detente or is it infinitely adjustable?

Just cut the screws down till they are level with the seat post top.
