Waterglassing eggs and fencing our first pasture

Waterglassing fresh eggs before the hens slow down laying for the winter and finishing our first pasture so the calves can go out permanently.

We tied strips of plastic orange ribbon on our wired fence between posts. This helped the cow "see" the fence better. We think it prevented some break outs when they went to the 4 wire fence. Of course it was hot wired too and once they hit that a few times, they kept clear of it. Your fencing project is comin along!! Love how you work together.
