In a serious note, I own a laptop with Intel i3-3120m with Intel HD 4000 and 8GB RAM and the game runs okay on lowest setting and on 1280x600 windowed resolution. The only problem is that there are fps drops on some locations with plenty of graphics rendering such as Dragonspine and 80% of Sumeru but at least I can play when farming artifacts and materials.
I'm late here but I am using a laptop with Intel n100 with UHD graphics and 16GB RAM. Modded all settings with apps and at somewhat low graphics I can get away with better visuals at the cost of minimal fps (like 3-10). Running at 1280x720p using fps unlocker in exclusive fullscreen mode and direct input so no lag (right click .exe, properties, compatibility, disable fullscreen optimizations). I have the game running smooth and clear texts like you don't notice with around 30-45 fps depending on where you are in the game (50-60 fps if at lowest). If you want to go beyond, you can always set your game.exe in Task Manager and set it to high/real-time. Overall every gamer should always tinker with their graphics settings and go with what they feel like its best. Been playing through Update 5.0 Natlan is great.
My iPad with just an A12 chip runs the game at high settings 60 fps but 8th gen i5 laptop struggles to give more than 20 fps? Is this not poor optimization
