Great video to watch, thank you. Looks like it was a very nice day for her to sail.
I like this Itinerary for this 12 day cruise to Stockholm.

Thanks. Yes - there was a little bit of wind but nothing too bad and it was sunny as well.

Thanks. Norwegian Dawn will be the largest cruise ship on the Thames this year. We don't get the really large cruise ships as they sail from either Southampton or Dover.
For the Southampton departures, I enjoy watching the Solent Ships YT channel. They cover many of the cruise ship departures from Southampton live and they usually have the VTS radio as well!
I also like watching the Hamburg Hafen Live YT channel for the Hamburg shipping. It is obviously in German but the pictures are very good and they cover both cargo and passenger ships.

Thanks. NORWEGIAN DAWN is the largest cruise ship that will come to the Thames this year. Most of the larger cruise ships sail from Southampton or Dover.

@@ThamesShips Why don't they come to the Thames anymore? Has it got to do with logistics?

@@alida-inlandshipping The River Thames up in Central London is not wide enough or deep enough to allow the large cruise ships to sail up that far so only small cruise ships can sail all the way into Central London.
The London International Cruise terminal which could accommodate larger cruise ships is actually located at Tilbury which is about 20 miles from London. Any passengers arriving at Tilbury will therefore have to travel further if they want to go and visit London.
Tilbury is only a relatively small town and Dover and Southampton are much larger and can accommodate more people.
The cruise terminal at Tilbury can only take one or two cruise ships at a time. Southampton or Dover can easily take many more than this so cruise ships are more likely to go there.
Southampton also has a long history associated with cruise ships (for example going back to the Titanic) so the facilities there are much better set up for larger cruise ships.
There will still be a number of smaller cruise ships sailing on the Thames this year but Southampton and Dover are just better suited to accommodate the larger cruise ships.
