That's not the front end alignment,, the wheel was taken off and not reinstalled with the fronts headed dead nutz straight. He'll have to remove the wheel, make the adjustments and reinstall. If the airbag is working not an EZ task to do.

If you don't already have them, check out Afco's low friction ball joints. Cutting coils, those ball joints, and removing the upper rubber control arm bumpers gave me 6" of front suspension travel in my Camaro.
