fun fact you may not have noticed or heard.... the stage was the body of a guitar and the catwalk was the neck/fret board, and the end of the catwalk was the head with tuning knobs as lights, watch the videos again and you will see.
One of the best concerts ever and the absolute best audience ever, Rosie was my favorite performance because she was just soooo good. But every song was a blast, check out “let there be Rock”, best solo of Angus ever. The drummer is great, always on point. also great live Donington “high voltage”
In the summer I was at an ACDC concert in Germany, you see the older men on stage, especially with Angus you think at first give him a wheelchair and then they start, the energy is just unbelievable. They don't know age.
River Plate was awesome, for me its also a little sad thing to watch because at this time Malcolm Young was struggling during this show, he died from Dementia in 2017, it was at this tour that Angus noticed that something was not right with Malcolm because he asked things about the songs that he should know because Malcolm wrote most of these songs and have been playing them a thousand times before. This went very fast downhill for Malcolm and he quit the band in 2010 because he could no longer remember the songs. This River Plate show was in 2009. As a musician my self I know how it must feels like to being on stage and playing a riff and not to be sure what riff comes next, that must be a struggle. But I can still enjoy watching this because its a totally awesome performance and there is no band like AC/DC, and Donna, you are right, there is no girl like Rosie, she has it all, she blew my mind too when I saw her the first time. Thanks for the video guys.. 😃
You guys should do a special live stream of just this concert. It is honestly one of the best concerts and crowds, every song is spectacular. If anyone else hasn't seen other songs from this concert, go search it right now, especially For Those About To Rock, you will not regret it I promise!
I saw that tour up here in the SF Bay Area in 2009, and the train which Rosie later rides is for their song "Rock N Roll Train," which was from the current album at the time...
Great reaction as always! Kathy, the song you are thinking of (for Donna) from this concert that Angus goes to the very end of the walkway is Let There Be Rock (it’s long though, but so worth it). You’ll see not only awesome guitar work from Angus. You’ll see how he acknowledges the different parts of the crowd to pay respects! In the old days, Angus would go out into the crowd on Bon Scott’s shoulders! The crowds were much smaller then, lol! Cheers! 😊
Saw them in 81 and when the bell dropped and Angus started it was pitch black.A spotlight came on and Angus was on some guys shoulders going through the crowd.Great show.
I call the drummer in case you 3 at #3GenerationsReact didn't know this 'HIT MAN' Phil cause you don't know this but he was arrested in Australia or New Zealand cause he tried to hire a 'HIT MAN' to kill someone. How he got off and still plays with the band that's a #UnsolvedMystery in rock n roll.
Donna ya head banger . . Go you . . . Great reaction ladys . . . The drummer Phil Rudd lives here in New Zealand in Tauranga . . Thats about an hours drive from me here in Hamilton . . . Take care till next time Bye from NZ 💐💐💐👍👋🇳🇿twa
Cool. If you were to watch a live video from back in the day, you'd see a huge cloud of smoke lingering around and not all of it was from cigarettes lol
the producer once said about drummer Phil Rudd that man is a fucking drummachine Phil answered in his Aussie accent with a sigarette in his mouth ...I know .

Yezzz indeed!!!!! Always top notch period!! Brian was and is a perfect match to have replaced the mighty Bon Scott. Though I prefer those years. Still got all albums man ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I noticed something watching older reactions. Kathy was more reserved then, and I don’t think deep V’s were a thing on this channel at the time. I think this channel has unlocked her wild side. She sure looks like she’s enjoying herself though. Lulu probably thinks, “Those were the days”, before deep V’s. Seen them 3 times in the 80’s. Once with DIO.
ANOTHER THUMBS DOWN, until that lady on the left learns to actually listen and react after the song I will continue to give thumbs down. I must have given over 100 thumbs down so far . WTF is wrong with her?

Love ACDC 👍
I grew up listening to AC DC and even today they are such a high energy band. I've never seen any other bang get a crowd moving like that.❤
