Your GPS is fucked up. It can't be an 14 km/h error on speedometer...

it is not an error .. All speedometer on a Bike or Car should be more than the actual speed, its a world wide rules .. the GPS is the real speed ..

@@a.hkmm1412 Any vehicle speedometer would show a higher speed than the real speed. That difference should not be more than 5 to 10 km/h. A 14 km/h error is too much. And it is unlikely that a quite new Honda ADV 350, would show such error. So, the culprit must be the GPS. In fact, we don't know what kind of GPS is this dude using, but I wpuld bet it is some phone using the mobile network, not a proper satellite GPS receiver.
