Amtrak Pacific Surfliner Comet Set at Night! 12.6.2024

After issues with the original set, Amtrak Pacific Surfliner #784 originated in Los Angeles on 12.6.2024, heading down to San Diego.
While I wasn’t able to catch the trip south, I captured the return journey on Pacific Surfliner #595, traveling from San Diego back to Los Angeles.
Featured here is NPCU #90225, five Amtrak Comet Cars (ex-NJT), and Dash-8 #503.
I began filming at Middletown in downtown San Diego and chased the set up to Sorrento Valley Station.
