Awesome explanation. Best I've seen yet after watching a handful of other videos. I stopped at yours because I was finally able to solve my homework problem. Thank you.
oh my God ... thank you so much ... I've watched so many videos and was already starting to think I was dumb.. thanks for your explanation.. was really helpful
You can also set both equations equal to each other. reverse the signs of the right equation and set them both equal to zero. combine like terms. solve algebraicly. substitute answer into original equation and solve.
my god u just saved my ass This is the one problem i didnt know how to do and i just knew it was going to be on my quiz Whatd you know it, it was. Thank god i watched this video I taught my friends how to do it to and the quiz was a breeze thx so much
I was literally struggling to understand this when my Econ professor explained it. I feel that the class is very fast paced at my uní so I don’t learn anything well. So thank you for your video now I feel at peace that I am able to understand this :)
I am still confused. I need to find the equilibrium price but we have the product price and the quantity demanded. Explaining where the numbers came from in your formulas would be extremely helpful.
@@jwoncore_1901 Hi my friend it has been a year since I last studied this subject so I can't really remember anymore. I will do my best to answer it tho.
@@jwoncore_1901 Since Qd=Qs if I'm not mistaken then 34-6p=10+2p 24=8p p=3 34-6p = Qd 34-6(3) = Qd 34-18 = 16 10+2p = Qs 10+2(3) = Qs 10+6 = 16 Am I right? Kindly double check for me. Hope it helped
I love the enthusiasm you put into teaching this material, thank you!

This was very helpful. Thanks for posting.
You sir are a legend.
wow. thank you! you explained it so well!
You can also
set both equations equal to each other.
reverse the signs of the right equation and set them both equal to zero.
combine like terms.
solve algebraicly.
substitute answer into original equation and solve.
if you let supply curve to intercept at the horizontal thus becoming negative....it is very easy to calculate just by looking
you are better teacher in RWANDA we love you

Thanks a lot 🙏

Thank you so much sir!
Thanks, I got my assistance🙏🙏
What to do if tax is imposed on output?pls do a seperate question for this kind of problem
Is it possible to have suppliers supplying at a price of zero.
Thank you! So easy !
thats pretty clear.. thank you
Thank You!
Can you please explain for beginners. Why and how to apply to various equation..

this is easy wow thank you!
Thank you very much :>
Life=saved! Let's just hope the teacher won't dock me too much for being an hour and a half past due. -.-
How did you divide two by each
Thank u very much
Fine, but how to solve it when it is a second degree equations?
d= -p²+8p-7
q= p²-2p+1
Do I have to make the derivative to solve that?
Well what do I do
THANK YOU SO MUCH!

yup. explaining how he constructed the demand and supply equations is can be helpful in fully understanding this lesson.
th-cam.com/video/D2WgMDKJI6A/w-d-xo.html this video might help :)
it compares the price and quantity demanded
me too, also, why does not matter to choose which formula?
what is the reson behind of adding and subbtracting 2 on both sides

'That's the easy part,that's the simple part'

you and I both😭💔
Thankyou so much poooo 🤎🤎
what do I do if I end up with a negative quantity?
Much appreciated, its actually not difficult at all
Memerlukan lebih ramai orang jadi sebarkan video ini lebih banyak
Qd=150-p
Qs=-60+2p find equilibrium price and the demand.
Sir could you please go through d equation. (2)
How if the last answer Q got negative?
What was the 2 and 4 meaning in the equation?
Do you mean the given?
so if supply goes down
then the price goes down and the quantity goes up?
when the supply goes down, the price was up,
Banana Bandana Law of Demand..
it's been 6 years for this comment stop replying to it,the hell?
Uhum
Sir if Q²+p=16
p=Q+4
Find Qd=Qs
What.
Qd=1200-p
Qs=120+3p find equilibrium price.
Sir could you please go through d equation.
Price=270
yay
Why u take -2 and +2 into it ?
this is so confusing. where does the 2 come from? from the 2 in "14-2P" or" 2+4P" ?
Hi, can I know is 14-2p an example or it's a fixed equation to find equilibrium?
Thanks
it is just an example😊
Can you please solve me this particular equation?
Qd + 2P = 500
-100 + Qs = 6p
500-2p=100+6p
8p=400
p=50
Qd=500-2(50)=400
Qs=100+6(50)=400
~~
great ..
Son of a bitch this is how easy it is? Hats to you, sir from 2012.
Help me... I can solve SIMPle ones but I don't get this huhumz.
p=Qs^2+8Qs+25 and P=Qd^2-7Qd+273
I'm looking for Equilibrium price. 😖
Can someone help me with this question
D=100-6P, S=28+3P
100-6p=28+3p
72=9p
p=8
D=100-6(8)=52
S=28+3(8)=52

There's no price in the supply, but if that's intented, that's still wrong lol
