Great acting on her part. I love how she was softer, more vulnerable and gentle (ie. channeling Odette) at the start and gradually as she noticed the prince was falling for it, her true colours as Odile became more and more apparent. You can see the transition both in her eyes and in her movements.
I also find her mesmerizing to watch when she makes technical errors that she skillfully covers up with great finesse. Every now and then she'll have an imprecise turn that drops earlier and she's always able to transition out of it looking very intentional. Sign of a real pro. I find that much more interesting to watch than seeing someone robotically nail all of the leaps and turns like it's gymnastics competition.
Prince real wimpy.. Can't hear the trombones/ trumpets blare same Odette theme at entrance of Von Rothbart & false Odette ( Odile!)
In Magic Flute Tamino the hero scared of Snake .but can rescue Pamina from evil Sasastro 😄😄😄😄😄😄😂😂😂😂😂😂

Normally I find the pas de deux around 1:58 boring when I watch Swan Lake, but for this one I actually enjoyed! Odile’s movements are movements that match the character perfectly, in my opinion.
They are both a joy to watch. Bravo!!!!
Isaac is amazing, and a joy to watch because of his attitude, makes the character of the prince a little bit more...spicy?(other princes do look regal but not as...gallant maybe) certainly I would enjoy wstchinng him partner a smaller ballerina (i think she is a little bit tall for him) but none the less he partners her amazingly. And she’s quite a treasure too, although she moves more like the ballerinas of old (you know, those strong ladies that used to possess an herculean force and control) that is why maybe if you compare her to the trending ballerinas of today (tall, thin and extrabendable) with high extensions maybe she seems a little bit odd. I think it is on the arms what’s lacking and well her attitude is not as enticing as being oddile requires, i think she is more on the angelical side. But I like her, very strong nd controlled, definitely has much more to do (even the physique) with the ballerinas of old (and amazing) like margot fonteyn before balanchine started with the trend of small and thin girls.
Though I love their dancing. They are beautiful together.
Perfect expression and communication between them! Seduction and rejection as convincing as it could be ! The rest is ok we can expect this company to have good techniques in their dancers like these two do have !

very nice, Hernandez reminding me not only of Nureyev but also curiously of Dowell: and Dronina excellent once she relaxed a bit: with all her technique she could afford to let go,e ven if the role does call for a certain imperiousness.

LOL, thanks for the note on his hair. I was wondering what I thought of it. Seemed a bit much to me. What a blast to watch this. She did not start her variation out very well, but really ended nicely. I like both of their interpretations. Well danced. Good orchestra also.

Normally the prima does a dual role of Odette and Odile so that...doesnt happen. I have yet so see such a scene
