I completely agree with you! My first 100k took a long time and wasn't that special to be honest with you. Once I hit 300K that is the game changer in my opinion. The AI infrastructure will NEVER end, he doesn't get it. Look how many years Elon Musk has milked the whole EV craze, in fact, he still is. There is always something else.
